Domain Names
When purchasing a site. We CANNOT guarantee the domain name selections you have made will be available at time of setting up the site. In the case either domain is not available, we will contact you by the contact email you have supplied to arrange for an alternate domain which is available
Delivery of a Purchased Site.
The standard time to get the site live from the point you purchase a site is normally 24 hours, but we cannot guarantee this time frame normally due to wrong or false information provided. In the case that a website you have purchased is not live within 48 hours, We will contact you to follow up with information we may require. under no circumstances will QuickWebsite be held responsible for a delayed delivery.
Content
QuickWebsite is not responsible for the content of any member pages or websites. We reserve the right to remove any websites that are in violation of our terms and conditions. Members will be held legally responsible for the contents of their web pages including but not limited to use of copyrighted material without the permission of the author

You and any person who has access to your account must evaluate, and bear the risk associated with, the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any Content. QuickWebsite reserves the right to remove Content which is deemed in QuickWebsite discretion harmful, offensive, or otherwise in violation of the Rules or any rules or policies QuickWebsite has in place at the time.

Such license limits use of QuickWebsite templates to sites hosted by QuickWebsite.com.au. QuickWebsite templates may not be transferred to or hosted on another web host or Internet Service Provider.
